No sense of urgency and overall just disappointing

I went through to Zara in Sandton City today to pick up a pair of pants put aside, there is absolutely no sense of urgency in this store. This is not the first time that I have received disappointing service from this store.
I was so delayed during my lunch break that I was late and i literally work like 1 minute away from Sandton City.
After standing for a long period when i get to the front the lady who assisted me tells me that the speedpoint is offline, I went through to the ATM and got cash only to come back and fine her swiping the machine for another person.

I have been overseas, and the service you experience at ZARA stores abroad is phenominal, its a pity that ZARA Staff in South Africa cannot do the same!

As a South AFrican, its bitterly disappointing for me to receive such awful service, and even more disappointing that the ZARA brand is not being represented in the manner that it should be in South AFrica.
