pants were the incorrect size, returned the pants the next day to exchange the pants form a 32 to a 34...
I had somehow miss placed my invoice, the manager just told me becaus of a NEW SYSTEM he cant do anything about it ans shurgged his shoulders.
I had to buy another pair full price, I now have a brand new unworn, with tags pair of pants that i cant do anything with.
