Hi, I went to the Zara store in sandton city yesterday 16 dec 2013 and as I walked in with my trolley the employee or guard dressed in black tells me with a stinking attitude that trolleys not allowed and all I asked him was "in other words I cannot come in then? " and he said no he did not say that but it is store rules that I cannot come in with a trolley. Now my problem is that firstly he was rude, secondly I had my two small children in the trolley as well as items I purchased from other stores and I asked this person so where must I go now and how will I do my shopping at Zara and he looked at me dirty and with a stinking attitude yet again telling well its store rules so I had to leave the store and could not do shopping there. You did not only lose a customer but now your store is seen as a place you cannot go to and shop with pleasure as there are rude people working there
