Hirsch's not returning TV

I am based in Gauteng. I recently had my Plasma TV assessed for repairs from Hirsch, and decided to not go with the repairs that were offered, as the quotation gave no guarantees for fixing the cost of repairs.

I am convinced that Hirschs repairer has my TV, as he has failed to return it in over a month.

I have been dealing with Nirosha & Annie, and I have given them plenty time to have the TV returned.

Now I hear that the repairer is now closed till Monday, due to personal reasons
