On the 26th of dec i bought a pair of pants at Zara in Gateway (Durban). I have worn it 2 times and the zip is completely coming apart. How can they expect clients to pay so much for garments (which I will happily do when it doesn't come apart after one wash)? And you'd think because its an international brand the quality would be of a higher standard. I am truly disappointed.
