Lack of concern for others in the queue

On 24 Dec 2013 I went to Clicks Lambton Branch to obtain some pain tablets. Ms Cheryl Texeria was having a long unrelated discussion with the previous patient. I was there to get pain tablets as I have a major back pain problem. We had stood in the queue for approx. 30 minutes, while the other queue on the prescriptions had been approximately 14 patients and they had finished. On the Self-Medication there were approx 6 patients waiting in the queue. After about 30 minutes of waiting I complained to the Store Manager and said this treatment was unacceptable. He then spoke to the Chief Pharmacist who then got things moving along a bit better. Ms Cheryl Texeria though made it clear that she was not going to stand for the 9 hours at the store, she sat on a chair behind the counter as she spoke to another younger assistant pharmacist while she was suppose to hear what I had asked for regarding medication. I requested 1 box K-Fenak, 1 box Spasmend and also needed 100 x generic Panado (Panomol) which she didn't include in my order. I was so annoyed knowing of the public holidays etc. I was in a lot of pain and needed the right tablets. She had no concern for anyone except hersel
