On the 16th Dec 2013 I received a bad attitude from Locum pharmacist by the same of shongwe (that's what he told me and didn't have his tag name) Clicks have Collections area I waited there for 1 hour 45 minutes as he didn't want to help because I was not on the queue and on Collections area. He was so rude even after i asked him to please help, there were 3 pharmacist on the day 2 where on prescription side but the service was poor and after asking for Clicks manager I waited for another 30 minutes because my medication was not ready even thought i received an sms on the 14th Dec to say it was ready for collection. I've been taking my medication at clicks balfour park since Feb 2006 but after the 16th Dec I think i should move from clicks and go else where because of bad attitude. And there where also 3 people who where on the queue for more that an hour because the guy was so slow and rude and when they asked him what was the problem he gave them bad attitude.
