CLICKS PHARMACIST PETERSEN MISTREATED CUSTOMER

Sunday 24 November 13. Having telephoned my order for Eltroxin, a chronic medication, to the CLICKS PHARMACY branch at FOURWAYS CROSSING, I went to the Prescription counter at approx. 2.30pm. There were 2 pharmacists serving 2 customers. When my turn came, a woman who had joined the queue well after me was called forward by CAROL PETERSEN 13159 PHARMACIST and served - even though I commented that I was in the queue before her. PETERSEN asked the other pharmacist, "Where is Nlhabiseng or MHABISENG? " and was told she had gone out. I waited. MHABISENG OR NLHABISENG arrived in the shop some time after this loaded with shopping bags. She took her place behind the counter I asked for my drug order, of 4 tablets (script repeats finished, just enough to until I could get a new script). CAROL PETERSEN then took over, telling me that she had the power to refuse to give me these drugs and that she was refusing. Her delivery of these words was with an ugly scowl and showing total disrespect. I then went to INTERCARE CLICKS FOURWAYS where Matome Pharmacist served me. He gave me a FULL MONTHS SUPPLY OF THE DRUG! Why did PETERSEN treat me with such scorn? she treated me like dirt. I want action
