On Wednesday the 22nd of January, I visited the Clicks pharmacy in Elspark. I stood behind an elderly gentleman who was waiting for a while by his explanation to me. He wanted to ask your pharmacist/ assistant (a black man and a black lady) advice an ended up throwing a big box of Cal-C-Vita on the chair and walked away. Then, another senior citizen was looking for Lenadol pain tablets in your front shop. I used to work in a pharmacy and am aware that scheduled medication gets kept in the dispensary. Once she got to the front of the queue, they told her that they don't have stock, but when I reached the front, I saw stacks of them. I then enquired whether it was possible for the pharmacy to order a specific vitamin supplement for myself, and your front shop manager, a black lady, told me to try another pharmacy. Don't you guys want to sustain your business with good customer care or is your firm simply to large to care?
