Very rude behaviour and way speaking to clients

I called Clicks pharmacy this morning asking them to prepare my prescription to pick up later. I left work early and upon arriving, there were a long queue of people waiting to be served. I went to the side of the queue and before I could even speak to anyone, the Pharmacist Assistant, very rudely told me to wait in the queue. I told her that I came to pick up my medication, without a word to me, she carried on with what she was busy with. She called the other assistants and told her "please ask that woman what is her surname". The lady then walked up to me and I explained to her what I was there for. She walked to the back, came back and very rudely told me that the prescription were not made up and I have to go stand in the back of the queue. I told her I requested them to prepare the medicine, her reply being they do not have enough staff to pack medication. Does it take them 4 hours to pack one prescription, she could have called me as they took my telephone number. I know that they are busy, however, the way they spoke to me was totally unacceptable. They should not forget that we as customers actually pay their salaries. Very upset with the chemist and rude
