The pharmacist provided me with the wrong mg high blood pressure tablets. he sticker (sticks on herself) says10mg but inside it's 5mg. Unaccepted! People trust pharmacist. When calling them, they want to tell me that I must not open the tablets because I won't get an exchange. What should I do if I can only get to the pharmacy in 2 days like in my case? CLICKS PHARMACY is playing with people's lives! The previous time it happened with diff pharmacist, same pharmacy&he tells me that I am making trouble because of taking a lot of tablets at once and also finishing all his tablets. Must I tell the doctor that he cannot subscribe because of a pharmacist struggling to give out 4 different tablets? Then he gives me a higher mg so that he gives out less tablets. Is this the standards that Clicks follow and operate? I go there every month&need to stand in a long cue (Woodbridge is well known for this) but will avoid Clicks. This is supposed to be professionals we are dealing with& I had enough, especially after putting my health and life in danger. I am sure and hope for the Medical Council not be satisfied with these mistakes made by CLICKS.
