Poor card Quality and poor Client care Service

I got a Gift Voucher card from Hi-Fi Atterbury while opening a vodacom contract. i used it ones and wrapped the receipt, the next time i wanted to use it some bar code line where wipped out, i spoke to the finance personnel there in the branch, they could use the old receipt to find out how much is in the card, but they could not come with as solution. I called their call center and spoke to guy called Bongani and Cliford who just send me from piller to post betweeen each other. I finally got hold of Calvin who took my details and promised to get back to me and never did. Its been months and noone dares to attend to my Query
