I purchased a Bluetooth hands free kit on 19/09/13 with my gift card.
Once at home, we charged the device & tried to use it, the Bluetooth device could not be detected.
We could not find the slip, but went back to the store & gave the date if purchase, the amount & item description & the active gift card number.
Cheryl informed us that our sale receipt will be picked up on the system, but only at head office level. So she would escalate the matter to head office and call us once the had a copy if the receipt.
After a week with no feedback, I called the store & Cheryl informed me that Vino (admin manager) was handling the matter, but was not in the store at that time, and she would get Vino to call me back that day (25/10/13). But I have still gotten no feedback.
Please can you assist me in getting a copy of my receipt so that I may return the faulty item that was sold to me?
