I've been on hold to [URL Removed] for 55 mins. No one is answering the phones. I made a purchase on 14 November 2013. I bought a dvd as a Christmas gift and a book was sent! I also purchased a kiddies book - I was sent a reject - first page upside down. I phoned and reported this to [URL Removed] on the day of delivery but have had no communication from Kalahari since then. What is going on [URL Removed]
