Worst e-book experience ever (follow-up)

Kalahari clearly misunderstood my earlier complaint (made on 10 Aug 2013), which does not surprise me as it seems Kalahari is not very interested in what it's customers have to say or think that the customer is an!
I know how to follow a few simple steps to download an e-book, the problem came when your own Kalahari e-book programme had an error and not even your own technical staff are competent enough to resolve the error so that the e-book can be downloaded.
I still don't have my e-books and at this point I am so frustrated with the service/support from Kalahari that I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy e-books from Kalahari.
I have been happy with other purchases made from Kalahari in the past, but clearly they are not capable of providing a decent e-book service.
I am utterly disgusted with the service received from Kalahari in this regard!
