I am a consumer totally flabbergasted by the manner in which [URL Removed] has conducted business with myself!!
I placed an order for a book on their website on the 27TH of February and the promised date of delivery was the 28th of February. To date I did not receive my book and after querying with Kalahari and after being promised delivery by various people (all lying about where the book actually was) - they finally cancelled my order.
What irks me the most is that four of my friends placed an order for the same book. We are attending a study school together. They only placed their orders two days after me. This was after I advised them of the special on the book.
Well all three of them received the book - and I AM STILL WAITING. Kalahari cannot explain why this actually happened...
How are consumers protected against people like Kalahari? What rights do consumers actually have, against people like Kalahari?
