Me and my brother-in-law both purchased a CD/DVD Combo on Kalahari on 2013/12/19 before Christmas cut-off date and time. The description clearly statded that the DVD was in Blu-ray format - that is the reason we bought it. Then when the product was delivered, it was NOT Blu-ray but normal DVD. After reviewing it on Kalahari the descriptions were all changed and 'Blu-ray' was removed, but no feedback or communication has been made by Kalahari about correcting this on their behalf, not even after emailing [Email Removed] with all the prove and evidence of this 'cheating ways' on their side. It is unacceptable for a big Online Shop like them to make these kind of mistakes.
