Bought the Piet Byleveldt e-book from the [URL Removed] site, and installed their e-reader app on my ipad 3.
Every time I close the kalahari e-reader app after reading Mr. Byleveldt's e-book, my ipad freeze and I have to reboot it to become useable again.
This is a massive pain so I no longer use their app, and has basically wasted the R90 the e-book cost me. And I cant seem to find a compatible alternative app either for reading the kalahari ebook. I tried reinstalling the app but it made no difference.
Logged a call with their call centre on 16 May and still have not heard nothing from them.
I guess it's safe to say this ebook was the first and last one I bought from [URL Removed] as the app is horrible with no support.
I know you're not in the IT support business, but you seriously need to fix your IOS version of the app, or reimburse us individuals who cant make use of your "forced upon us" formats and apps...
