I received some great service [URL Removed] and Aramex!!
I ordered a book from [URL Removed] which got lost. When I realised that the waybill as signed by a random person and the book was nowhere to be seen, I immediately informed Kalahari, who launched an investigation with the help of Aramex and they made every effort to help me find the book. They also immediately ordered a new book from the supplier- which was not necessary as we eventually found the book. They were even so nice to credit my account for the total cost of the book for inconvenience caused (which means that I actually got the book for free!).
