I recently bought an e-book from [URL Removed] called Agile and Lean Service -Oriented Development: Foundations, Theory and Practice.
The e-book cost R2000.00. I was able to download it to my laptop and view it using the adobe addition without using the adobe Id.
Unfortunately my laptop was broken and I couldn't access any files anymore. I bought a new laptop but now when I try to download the e-book to my new laptop it tells me that this book have already been downloaded by another user.
I have called Kalahari support for assistance but they told me that I have lost the e-book and they is nothing they can do about. I mean I bought the e-book less than a month ago but they tell me that I lost the book and they cannot replace it that is so lame. Nowhere on the download link they mentioned that I have to use my Adobe Id.
I would like to have my money back and I will never ever again buy an e-book from [URL Removed]
