My Husband and I bought furniture that is Proudly South African from the store. I purchased a mattress, headboard, 2 bed pedestals, Dining table with 6 chairs, 3 piece couches and a coffee table. I was moving to Limpopo and the furniture was transported by a reliable mover who did a sterling job. One night as I was sleeping with my 2yr old the bed fell and broke. I reported the incident numerous times up until the manager said I could bring back the bed, but I am in Louis Trichardt and for me to take furniture back to jhb it would be a huge expense on me. The couches are ripped and tearing, the bed pedastal draw is broken and even the chairs and table are breaking. My issue is for me to take the furniture back to jhb will cost me more cause I have to pay for transport from LTT to JHB and then return again. We only 3 in my house and there is no way everything can be getting broken within a year of purchase. When i initially complained the guy who spoke to me said many clients had complained about the goods purchased and the store was reimbursing clients
