I bought a tumble dryer 01/07/2012. End Feb 2013 it started making weird noises. On the 3 March 2013 I went into Game Zevenwaght and requested that they come and see what was wrong with the tumble dryer
I spoke to Siya and he filled in a service register and gave me a ref: 464373. I did give him my proof of purchase on which he wrote my ref no. He also promised me that they will be coming within 48 hrs. On the 4 th March (Monday) Innocent called to say they needed to make a copy of the proof of purchase. I had to again go into Game to show them my proof of purchase. A waste of my time fuel - Not acceptable. Innocent made a copy and I have heard absolutely nothing from Game.
I am utterly disgusted with Game's poor, unprofessional service I received. Game is quick enough to sell you goods but the after sales service is big time.
I am in the process to move from Western Cape to Guateng on the 17th March and and as it looks like I would have to move with a noisy tumble dryer.
Please can someone with an ounce of client service experience to contact me to resolve this matte
