I went to PnP at Fourways Crossing late on Friday evening, not long before the store closed for the evening.
As I was busy checking out, a bottle of coffee fell out of the shopping trolley and shattered on the floor.
Within minutes, the store manager had arranged for the coffee and glass to be cleaned up, sent for someone to get me a replacement bottle of coffee and assured me that everything was ok.
I haven't seen service like this in a very long time, particularly at the end of what was probably a long working day for all the staff involved. The staff from your Fourways Crossing branch can certainly teach other retailers a thing or two about customer service...A big thumbs up to them!
