I purchased furniture, a coffee table, tv with sound system and a plasma unit to the value of about R25 000 from Furniture City, the times given for delivery were wrong, the sales person was friendly but actually unhelpful, the manager was very unfriendly, my furniture was damaged as was my coffee table, they replaced the furniture but it was not scotch guarded which i paid for and was once again also damaged! The coffee table has still not been replaced! Pathetic service and poor qaulity havve lost them a customer, I want them to come fetch their junk and refund all the money I have paid so far, also I think they should compensate me for the time spent and sales lost for having to take off fron work to meet their delivery times only to have the delivery take place after 20:00 on 2 seperate occasions!!!
