Poor service

Hi

My name is Nosipho, my husband bought furniture at furniture city in cash, he bought a dining table and six (6) chairs on the 21st of July 2013 and we asked how many days do they take to delive they said 3 working days so on the 25th July they delivered the furniture, To my surprise the dining table was damaged in every coner of the table and 2 chairs were scrached and 1 chair was missing a leg meaning they gad brought 5 and half chair . so i then wrote a complain in the paper which i had to sign on and the next day they called and said they going to exchang the furniture for a new one and uptill this day i still don't have my furniture it been 8 days.
