Late delivery and poor quality of goods

I purchased approximately 7 appliances from furniture city a month ago, of which i have still not yet received delivery of all items. Where do i start... of the 7 items that where purchased the only 2 items that did not have defects, this was the home theatre system and the fridge (which i collected). The other items where in some way damaged/problematic as follows: 1) couches - both left arms where delivered and sent back (awaiting replacements). 2) coffee table was assembled incorrectly causing the glass to fall and break (replaced). 3) Dinning room table and chairs [table was chipped in 3 places - 3 chairs where assembled incorrectly (sitting in an angle)] a replacement table was sent which was also chipped in several places. (awaiting replacements). Bed stand - leather is torn (awaiting replacement).
I have been going back and forth speaking to numerous people at furniture city trying to resolve this diplomatically but it seems as though I'm getting nowhere. Would someone please assist in this regard as it has been over a month and I do not know what else to do!!!
