Lewis Stores
EMPLOYEES GET PREFERENCE OVER CLIENTS

On Wednesday 06/03/13 i went to Lewis store to enquire about a dining table with 6 chairs. I spoke to Human and asked to keep the furniture for me until Saturday 09/06/13 as it was marked down to R2000. Human advised me he will be off on Thursday 07/03/13, but it should not be a problem and a "SOLD" sticker was then put on the furniture and i was satisfied.

On Friday Human contacted me to advise the goods was sold and he does not know who removed the "SOLD" sticker and to whom the goods was sold to.

I still went to the store the Saturday like i told Human originally and to my surprise i found out that an employee by the name of Winnie purchased "my" furniture.

I am disgusted by whom gave her permission to just remove the "SOLD" sticker without informing Human or me as the client.

I still want the furniture that was put out for me by Human at the same cost.

Very dissasfied client.
