We recieved our dining table from furniture city a month before the incident but it was damaged and we asked for a new one, and they said they would return "someday" with a new table. on December 3 2013 they came and took the damaged table and said another truck will bring a new one to us on that day at 5 in the evening, and to my luck no truck with my new table. on the 26 December 2013 i went to furniture city at lifestyle centre in centurion, and asked where is the new table as they would have done a "swap" out, the lady in charge Dora said customer care is off as it was a public holiday but would contact them the following day 27 December 2013 and would get back to us. now till this day i have recieved no contact on where my dining table is and even my father in law and brother in law have gone to furniture city to ask the exact same quaries and they too have recieved nothing from furniture city. i have proof and signitures from the truck drivers that they took my table and have not returned a brand new one to me. and on the form it said swap out and im still waiting for my turn to recieve the swap.
