Should online shopping really get this complicated

3 Weeks ago I placed an order on [URL Removed] and paid via EFT. I then mailed my POP through and was told my payment had been successful. For the next 2 weeks I continued to get notices asking for my payment, and tried to contact Takealot many times. After 5 or 6 back and forth emails I eventually saw myself, that the order number I had quoted was incorrect-Yes that's my bad, but why was it never picked up their side? So with my order already being 2 weeks later than hoped for, I was told an item I wanted was out of stock! After waiting 4 days for this credit to show, I finally try to book my replacement order through, only for them to try charge me additional delivery fee's. This is the first time I am ordering from them and I am so dissapointed because it is looking unlikely my Christmas gifts will get to me in time..
