First National Bank
FNB delaying outcome

I applied for re-advance on my home loan account. Application emailed 25/03/2013. I received a phone call a week later to confirm that the complete application was received and that it is being send through for assessment and that it would take 5-7 working days. Since I haven't heard anything I phoned on 09/04/2013. Now I was told that my huband's signature was on the wrong place. That he should sign at a different place and to recent this page of the application. I was told that I should get an outcome within 24-48hours. Since nobody called me I made another call this morning. I was put on hold for very long for the consultant to search for my fax/email since nothing showed on the system. Eventually I was told that the email was traced and that it is being send through to a agent working on my apllication and that it is going to take another 14 working days. I had this home loan account for 15 years already, owe much less than the value of the property and never even skipped a payment. I think I deserve better service than this. A simple yes or no will do but this application has been hanging in the air for too long.
