Its been a whole month and we still have no freezer. The extended warranty has been nothing but a huge headache. Between game defy and mutual and federal we have been given nothing but the run around from pillar to post. This is the second complaint I have logged on hellopeter WRT this freezer. Game ur service and extended warranty option is pathetic. Get ur act together.
