My Television began getting lines on the screen and I called the extended warranty line, they scheduled a pick up for the week following, I waited at home and realised they were not going to pitch up so I took the TV in store. Just as well I did that because they only pitched up 2 weeks after to fetch the TV. I have been waiting since the 4th June 2013 for my tv. In addition, I have had to continuously phone them and contact them back. I spoke to Caroline from game n1 city who reassured she would recontact which she failed to do. The customer service is horrible, I have had to wait this long for my TV and there has been not one person who was dependable to contact me back and hurry the process up, I have check the Game guarantee which they have failed :

We also ensure ongoing service on any product bought from Game even after the warranty expires. Costs will be kept to a minimum.
