For the past 2 weeks I have been asking Game Extended Warranty Dept to collect my dishwasher. It was returned to me broken after it went away for repairs. They clearly don't seem interested in sorting this problem out!
The dishwasher initially went away during the week of Feb 18th and returned to me after 2 weeks - on 08 Mar. On 11 Mar I reported that the spray swivel fell off when I switched the dishwasher on, on the 9th March. Today is the 22 March. 9 working days and 3 phone calls to the extended warranty dept has passed and I am still waiting impatiently for the dishwasher to be repaired.
Whats the real meaning of extended warranty???
