Game Extended Warranty terrible service

The water dispencer and ice maker of our Samsung Fridge broke and we notified the Game Extended Centre immediately. On 28 March 2013 they send a technician from TTS and indicated that they will wait for the part and come and repair it. Weeks gone by and then it was said to us that the Fridge would be replaced. Up until today 23 August 2013, the fridge has not yet been replaced, after all the promises etc. December 2013 the guarrantee on this fridge will expire. We have paid alot of mney to take out the extended waaranty and they promise you the world when they promote this, but when it comes to the delivery on these promises, it just vanished into thin air!! Even the phone calls with all the apologies and excuses dried up. Game Extended warranty keeps on saying that they are waiting on Samsung.
