I bought a LG refrigerator from Game Kolonade in 2007. I also took out an extended warranty and I am glad I did because it broke 3 times while it was still in extended warranty. After the third time it broke I requested Game to preplace the refrigerator and they did not. So only a few months later it broke a gain, this time out of warranty so I got an LG contracted Repair Company to come and repair it. I took photos of all the damages the LG technician pointed out for me that the Game technicians caused. Now that I request them to refund me for the refrigerator they refuse and have all sorts of excuses, trying to blame me. According to LG, the part that they replaced should never be replaced, but the refrigerator itself should. Game technicians also replaced the compressor which was too weak for the refrigerator and they claim that they never replaced it, I have photos. It is very clear that PEC Electronics, that is contracted by Game for extended warranty repairs made mistakes, and now Game is refusing to admit it and to help me with a refrigerator that should have been replaced while it was still in extended warranty.
