We took out a warranty with game for a freezer, unfortunately the freezer is now broken and when we logged the call with Game in Paarl they were very helpful, however the service from the headoffice is pathetic, a week later we are still waiting for a technician to come and inspect the freezer. The headoffice has never called the technician, despite the fact that they told us they did (spoke to Happy) we followed up with Defy and they have no knowledge about the call. Are they waiting for the warranty to expire so they are able to use that as an excuse for not fixing the freezer, at this point the warranty is not worth the paper its printed on.
