We purchased a LG Microwave on the 21/03/2013, along with it we purchased a extended warranty for 2 years. The turn table has stopped turning. We took the machine and the guarantee into Capegate store for a repair on the warranty only to be advised they can assist but we can expect the unit back in 3-4weeks only. Why would I want to wait a month for a repair to a unit that is 8 months old. Why would I pay for a extended warranty to sit without a unit for a month? As per the store manager himself he said He personally would not purchase the Game extended warranty! Well if your own store manager doesn't have faith in the warranty then why sell it? We asked for a loan unit, said this wasn't available. I am not prepared to wait 4 weeks for a unit to repaired that is 8 months old. I am not prepared to be without a microwave for a month. Best a resolution be found!
