I bought a dvd radio from morkels and it went for repairs several times. due to the fact that the system is under guarantee I was promised a brand new dvd system. I requested this in july 2013 and till today I did not receive a new radio. and everytime I go into morkels the manager has a different excuse. I take time off from work just to go to morkels. im seriously tired
