RETURN POLICY SELECTIVELY APPLIED

I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by Furniture city Strubensvalley, the complaints department and the warehouse. My reference : 167580.I purchased on 24/11/2012 CASH a 2 & 3 seater coach to the value of R8, 8048. This was deliverd approiximately 29/11/2012 sealed in 2 bags and packed thight in the cardboard - my mom signed for delivery and as I am in process of getting dicorced these were not opended until late December as I am in he process of divorce and that was when the furniture thta was there was removed and I require the coaches. However, upon opening, I found 2 lumps in the middle and right seat of the 3 seater. When I contacted the Branch on 8/01/2013 I was advised that this will have to go back to the supplier to be fixed and make sure that there is a problem. REALLY? And that the supplier only opens on the 20/01/2013. I said to numerous of your people that I am not happy to have it FIXED, I want it exchanged. Your return policy on the website states that if the product is faulty, it can be refunded, exchanged or repaired whichver your choice. I can't afford spending R4, 000 on a FAULTY counch and wait 3 weeks for the couch. I will never recommend you!
