Purchased 3 seater Cielo recliner couch in 2012 for which i waited as you did not have stock.
Only started using product 2nd quater this year after renovations complete.
Recliners do not return/latch. Footrest chafes against armrest when trying to latch.
Went to Furn City Boksburg to complain and was given above ref number.
Couch was to be collected Sat 6 July. No show.
Collected on 8 july. Went to the store was promised by Manager Dan on 8 July that repair would take 2 weeks.
2 weeks later, 22 July went to store. Was given the phone to talk to supplier Mark Beyers, and then
the repair workshop responsible for the repair, and was informed that the repairs had not started. He also questioned what had to be repaired as he had not looked at it yet.
So the buyer/ customer is standing in the store speaking to the supplier and repair workshop 2 weeks later.
After several phone calls and promises the couch was deliverd on 29 July, nicely packaged but with all the same problems. declined the delivery.
Queried the status on 02 Aug and was promised feedback on Monday 05 Aug.
13 Aug no response and still waiting. Request a refund or option to purchase another product in store
