When you want to buy electricity from prepaid 24 they don't give you the amount of units that you will get. So i asked the online service how many units i will get for a R1000 rand. The answer was +-406 kwh. So i bought a R1000 electricity and only received 257 units.. that is a massive diffeence. So i complained about it. Their answer were that it was tax the municipality deducted from the R1000 so i actually just bought units for R876.. when i asked about the amount of units this tax amount where never mentioned
