To Whom It May Concern.
I'm hoping at least I get a response from Furniture City this way. I called on Monday 25/11/2013 to advise that I bought a lounge suite from Furniture City Stoneridge and it is faulty. This purchase was made beginning of October. I have an issue with the single seater recliner, it has been put together at an angle and rubs on the inside of the couch and has started ripping the leather. I requested because the lounge suite is under warranty I want it replaced, not fixed, replaced. I then got an sms that afternoon stating that my query is receiving urgent attention and the reference number being 198063. A lady called me on Tuesday 26/11/2013 didn't get her name to tell me the same thing, my query is been directed to the right department, I heard nothing on Wednesday, I then called yesterday 28/11/2013 and spoke to Lilian, she said that Vivian was busy took my number again, and said she would call, I have still not received a call and am getting very frustrated. Very quick to sell you good that are faulty but don't get back to you when you report the problem and they promise to get back to you. Shocking service.
