Good day,

I would to express how the service I am getting to obtain my paid-up letter has been nothing but pleasant. I paid the outstanding balance on the 19 August 2023 and to date no one is able to assist me. I've been back and forth trying to get assistance but no one can help me. I eventually after several attempts requested to speak to management and a team leader by the name of Adolphus assisted me and advised that as per their system my payment was only received on the 15th November 2023 which is completely ridiculous and I sent through my proof of payment that states payment was made on the 19th August. I have been sending Adolphus emails as he advised that if I don't receive a response back on the 24th November I should send him an email which I did. Then he would escalate it. To date 29th November 2023 no one absolutely no one is giving me any feedback and I need my paid-up letter to get my credit profile updated but because of this poor service now my credit score is being affected even more. I need my paid-up letter no later then the 30th November 2023.
