I have purchased furniture early December 2012, the furniture was delived on the27/12/2012 but not all items, the items purchased was a bedroom suite, lounge suite, X3 coffee tabels, home theatre system, 32" flat screen TV. On the 27th I only received the lounge suite and bedroom suite. Upon viewing the furniture I discovered the 1 seater is damaged. I therefore called the store and spoken to the sales person Collen who helped me the first time and he said they are waiting for stock to deliver, i waited and called, waited and called and got the same story. I told Collen about the 1 seater and he said he logged a call with the warehouse, I therefore asked about the coffee tabels and he said again they waiting for stock. I decided to go to the store myself and collect the TV and home theater system. I received the coffee tabels towards the end of March and to date still awaiting the 1 seater to be picked up as he told me it will be replaced not repaired. I called them again and was told it has been logged with the warehouse. To date I have not received phone call from the warehouse. I do not have an acc as I paid cash an not getting any service from the store. Kindly assist
