I bought a Lounge suite in March 2012 and in November I reported that the corner couch was faulty. It was collected in late Jan 2013 for repairs. The couch was returned on the 8th of March 2013. I informed Elaine from the warehouse that the couch was still faulty. She sent someone approximately 3 weeks ago to check the fault and to date I have not heard from her or anyone else. Since the couch cannot be repaired I will really appreciate a replacement and / or a refund as it is not the first time I have issues with a lounge suite bought from Furniture City. I do not know what to do anymore.
