I'd like to express by frustrations with Furniture City and to warn anyone that wants to purchase any goods from Furniture City. The only process that will go smoothly is when they take your money. I recently purchased 2 couches and the 1 couch broke and it took furniture city 3 months to return the couch which they only eventually returned after weeks of complaining and attitude. They then proceed to return a couch that wasn't even mine which in turn broke after a week. I then complained again. I am now 2 weeks into the next round of complaints and nothing has been done except 100 % delaying tactics. I'm sick and tied of companies taking zero responsibility for terrible quality of products supplied and according to the CPA they need to refund in full or supply me with a new couch of which none have been offered. I've never in my life received such bad service and Furniture City needs to seriously consider who they employ in their customer service department. because I'M STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER!!!
