Unacceptable service

I purchased a Zero 4 burner Gas stove at OK Furniture Parow on the afternoon of 03/01/13 after taking the stove out of it's packaging I found the door is scew & one hinge keeps falling out. I logged the call with OK Furniture on the 07/01/13 & was informed that the supplier (Zero) is stil closed for the holidays but would have to call back as they don't know when the supplier is open for the new year. on the 16/01/13 I called OK Furniture back & spoke to Cheslin who informed me the supplier only opens the 21/01/13. On the 21/01/13 I called them back to find out Cheslin is not in but TYron would be logging my complaint with the supplier. On the 28/01/13 I called OK Furniture back and was told Tyron is not available but Mary took a message for him to call me back. I called again on the 31/01/13 after not hearing anything from TYron or Cheslin & was informed by Cheslin that the call was logged & the supplier would call me to make an appointment to come out & do an inspection of the product. On the 08/02/13 I had to call OK Furniture again as no one there cares to keep their customer's up to date. I am still waiting & struggling with my faulty stove even have burns on my arms.
