I returned an item of clothing for a refund and was only then informed that the refund could not be processed onto a debit card, and the store had no cash. I requested an EFT, which was confirmed. It's nearly a week later, and there has been no response from the head office regarding this. I have sent three emails over the past week. It is shocking that the staff in this department do not even acknowledge the emails!
