Yesterday 25 November 2013 I called Truworths Legal Department as I do owe them. I spoke to a lady and advised her that I have just started working and wish to start paying on the account weekly. She told me that the account is in the process of being sold and just needs to be signed off by a manager. I told her that the account can be retained by Truworths as I am calling before the account got sold to a 3rd party.
I refuse to pay additional interest and other charges tdue to the fact that i did contact them before account being sold. I have been advised the amount outstanding on the account is R7066.46.
I want a manager from Truworths to contact me regarding my account and if this is sold to a 3rd party I will take this matter further as it would be that Truworths is looking to get their full money from the 3rd party and have no regard for the custome
