On the 23rd of March my husband went to the Waterfront shop as he wanted to purchase on his account which he settled last year November 2012 and to our surprise the lady at the till said he's account has been blocked and we don't know why the account has been blocked she advised him to reopen an account which he did. In last week he received and sms saying he's account has been approved on Saturday 27 Apr 2013 we went to Cape Gate truworths when we enquired about this so apparently the system shows there is no account as he owes money to some legal department. Where does this come from he settled his account last year no one came back with this .. this is total bull from truworths and I EXPECT feedback
